The first warm days in March gave us great flying conditions and cleared the snow from our launch sites. With the first updrafts, we were already able to soar far above the peaks in the Black Forest.
We will start our flying season on 27 March 2026, from then on we will be able to offer daily flights again. Of course we are also available for you now. We look forward to taking off with you soon! Your Luftzeiten team.

It is still deep winter in the Black Forest. The fog often blocks the view into the valley. While the sun shines on the mountain peaks, it is cold and foggy in the valley. We'll see how long the winter stays with us. However, we are looking forward to the upcoming 2026 season with great anticipation. We will be organising tandem flights again from the end of March. You can already make appointments now.

Experiencing these atmospheres in the mountains from the air, flying over colourful forests and feeling the autumn sun on your face has a special charm.
We will be flying until the end of October and hope to have as many beautiful „Golden October Days“ as possible to experience great autumn paragliding flights with you!

In some cases, it was already possible to climb to great heights with the thermals, which is a speciality at this time of year.

Autumn flights are always a special experience!

It has cooled down in recent weeks - a first, clear sign of autumn.
After a hesitant and changeable start to the summer, which reached its most beautiful phases in July and August, we are now hoping for a great end to the season with a golden October. Until the end of October, we can still offer you exciting flights over colourful autumn forests and look forward to sharing many more great flying experiences with you.

Spring is not far away and we are already looking forward to the new 2024 flying season. We will be flying again from mid-March to the end of October.

After an exceptionally beautiful late summer and many wonderful flying days, the flying season is slowly coming to an end.
We will be offering the last paragliding tandem flights at the end of October. Then it's time for a winter break.
Of course, we are still available for you and appointments for the coming year can already be arranged.

The past few weeks in the Italian Alps have already offered beautiful and spring-like flying conditions, which we have used to warm up properly. We are now looking forward to experiencing many wonderful flying moments with you!

Spring temperatures around Christmas and New Year - for winter sports enthusiasts it meant waiting until the snow came. However, paragliding is also possible in winter! However, it is usually cold and there are no thermals to keep us in the air for longer.
We will therefore be offering paragliding tandem flights again from mid-March. Of course, we are also available for you at this time of year and appointments can already be made for the coming flying season.

In the past few weeks we have been able to collect some paragliding hours in the Black Forest and in the Southern Alps thanks to the beautiful sunny weather conditions and we have been able to familiarise ourselves well. We are now looking forward to the upcoming season with you, which is now open!

It's still winter, but the days are getting longer. We are already looking forward to the upcoming 2022 flying season, which we will start in mid to late March, depending on the weather, and will keep you informed here with an update. By the way, we were able to take part in the SWR television series „Expedition in die Heimat“, which resulted in some beautiful film footage. If you are interested, just click to the Video.

Once again this year, we were able to organise many wonderful paragliding tandem flights in the Black Forest with our guests.
Although the weather demanded a little more patience and flexibility, the late summer days were a nice compensation for the rather rainy midsummer phase.
Our regular flight operations will continue this year until 28 October. Of course, we are still available for questions and reservations. Depending on the weather, the 2022 season will start in mid-March. Your Luftzeiten team!

Start of the season postponed to June

Update: The current situation has postponed the start of our season. However, the coronavirus development is now heading in the right direction and more and more easing of restrictions is now also possible in the leisure sector.
We hope to be able to start flight operations in the course of June.
We will keep you up to date with our regular updates.

The year 2020

Autumn has once again shown its best side this year! As you can see here in the picture. We can look back on many wonderful paragliding tandem flights with our guests. Now the year is coming to an end and due to the current corona situation, we have stopped commercial tandem flights for the moment.
Of course, you can already make appointments for next year. We usually start paragliding tandem flights again from the end of March 2021.

The time has finally come again!
We are looking forward to opening the 2020 paragliding season on the first beautiful days of spring.
From March we will be flying regularly again on all good flying days at weekends and during the week.
We have already been able to enjoy a few days of great paragliding flights this year.
We are now looking forward to experiencing a great year of flying with you in 2020!

For us, the end of the season doesn't necessarily mean a break from flying, we rather use the time to paraglide in other, warmer regions. Depending on the weather, however, there are still occasional paragliding flights in the Black Forest. These „winter flights“ are also an unforgettable experience due to the special atmosphere.

After we were able to air our „feathers“ in Italy with extensive and beautiful paragliding flights, it's finally time to fly again here in the Black Forest!

The 2018 flying season was characterised by an exceptionally beautiful summer. We were able to fly on many great days. We are very happy to have made many passengers happy in the 3 dimension 🙂

We are looking forward to making many passengers happy again with a paragliding tandem flight. Winter had us firmly in its grip until the end of March, as we were somewhat spoilt by last year. This year, however, we had to be more patient until it finally got warmer.

The flying days are rarer and there are hardly any thermals, but it is a very special feeling to glide over the snow cover. From the Hochblauen or Kandel you can often even enjoy a good view of the Alps.

Every paragliding tandem flight is now a colourful experience. The thermals are now slowly dying down, but that doesn't mean that they are no longer to be found. You can still find thermals until the beginning of November. However, the air tends to be calmer and invites you to enjoy peaceful tandem paragliding flights over colourful forests.

With the time change we would also like to ring in the new paragliding tandem flight season, because the days are getting longer, the sun is getting stronger and the thermals have already greeted us here and there. This year we have already been able to make some very nice flights with the solo glider on some days. However, paragliding is most fun in spring and summer. So we are looking forward to great tandem paragliding flights with our passengers in the Black Forest, on the Hochblauen and Kandel or in Alsace.

Paragliding tandem flights in the Black Forest are a very special experience in winter. The days are shorter, the air is calmer and there are fewer possible flying days. For us as paragliders, this is the time for quiet, enjoyable flights. Enchanted landscapes and light moods make for an extraordinary paragliding tandem flight.
